Instead of neighbors on the other side of the river, you'll find only lush trees and a peaceful setting. The home is also tucked neatly away from any main roads, so distractions and traffic noise are a non- issue. Kick up your feet and enjoy one of two deck areas overlooking the river, or make your way down to the riverfront patio, where you'll find easy water access, additional seating, and an available charcoal grill to cook up a memorable vacation meal.
Inside, you'll find two bedrooms and the equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas on the lower floor. The master bedroom hosts a comfy king size bed and attached bath with walk-in shower and large, separate bathtub. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen size bed, and an additional full bathroom. The upstairs loft is perfect for the kids, with its own television, board games, and two futon beds (linens and pillows are provided).
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 8 guests and 3 vehicles. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
