Enter through the next beautiful wood door and you are in the large foyer - a beautiful welcoming into the home!
On the main level, this fine home features a full guest bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a Loft/TV room and a spacious Master Ensuite with a private patio overlooking the incredible views. The Loft/TV room features a flatscreen SMART TV, HDTV, Blue Ray DVD and cable and 2 fold-out twin size Futon floor mattresses (guest supply their own bedding for these two beds). The room offers a cozy atmosphere to watch your favorite TV show, movie, read a book or just curl up for those quiet moments. Head down a short flight of stairs off the entrance hallway and you are in the main living area. The room is vast and bright with cathedral ceilings, modern and sleek furnishings, a wood burning fireplace that anchors the room and features a wall of glass windows that beams in natural light and allows for views of a private wooded serene setting. Take two steps down off the living area and you are in kitchen and open dining area. Meals are easily prepared in this new gourmet kitchen with plenty of room for all to gather in the dining area and at the table. Sit and enjoy the company of family and friends while enjoying that favorite meal and overlooking those beautiful mountain views.
Open the sliding glass door off the kitchen and walk onto the deck to start your outdoor adventure - the best views in this mountain home! The deck is equipped with a gas BBQ, patio furniture and a large walk-in dry Sauna that is tucked in the corner of the deck for some privacy.
The remaining living quarters are on the lower level of the home. You will find 2 Master Ensuite, a Twin Bunk Room and Laundry area. One Master Ensuite has a private entrance directly to the Sauna and deck. Each room provides its own uniqueness, privacy and comfort and the convenience of a connected bathroom in 3 of the bedrooms.

Snow plowing/removal: Yes. Roads and driveways are plowed when 3"or more of snowfall occurs to keep roads and driving conditions as manageable as possible.

Parking: 4 vehicles in driveway, no garage, no street parking. Parking can be strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all time. All vehicles are to be parked in driveway. There is no parking on the street due to snowplowing and other activities during summer and winter months to keep streets clean and open for vehicle use. SkyRun is not responsible for any damage that may happen to your vehicle. AWD is recommended in inclement weather.
Garbage: Garbage pick-up is on Mondays. If your stay falls over a Monday, please remove all trash from property and place in garbage receptacles in Bear Bin located at entrance of driveway to be hauled away. Ensure Bear Bin is securely latched. Should you accumulate excess trash during your stay, please take to Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal located at Hwy 89 & Cabin Creek Road in Truckee.
