The condo is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a full size washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. The living room is spacious with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and mountain views. The back deck overlooks 4 O'Clock Run and affords wonderful views of Horseshoe Bowl and Peak 8 above. Other amenities include: 1 underground parking space (do not exceed). In addition, all guests will have access to the clubhouse, which has an indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, and an outdoor hot tub which looks directly over the Four OâClock ski run. The clubhouse also has a deck area and gas grill for entertaining. The Tyra Summit condominium complex is located on 4 O'Clock Road and is a short walk to town. Only a few beautiful private homes are located above the complex on this quiet dead-end road.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
