Getting around We are very lucky here in Fraser/Winter Park as there is a FREE bus to get around if you do not want to drive or do not drive. This is especially great in the winter with skiing, as you do not have to park; and they take you straight to the entrance of the ski resort instead of walking from a distant parking spot. The easiest way to find bus routes is by downloading the app on your phone. The app is called The Lift Ride. You are then able to look up schedules and routes. (970)726-4163

This charming studio sits on top of the hill with gorgeous views from the private balcony. It comes furnished with a fully stocked, galley kitchen, a working, real wood fireplace, a full bathroom and a spacious living area. The dining room table folds down, which allows the queen murphy bed to fold down in it's place. There is ample, unassigned parking for the building.

An easy walk to the free ski bus (the Lift) route, which will take you right to the ski resort, or throughout downtown for shops and restaurants. Cozy and comfortable for a couple wanting to enjoy a true mountain vacation. In the summer it is a short walk to all that the town of Winter Park has to offer. By staying a few blocks off of Main St, you will save big on this lodging option.

Note: Though wifi is not provided by the HOA (it is available for an additional charge) and XFiniti cable is provided at no charge.

Explore downtown Winter Park year round and all it has to offer. There are plenty of great restaurants and local craft breweries. During the summer, enjoy free weekly concerts and numerous festivals. Winter Park was voted Colorado's top adventure town! It is one of the most family-friendly destinations with year round fun! Enjoy world class skiing/boarding at Winter Park resort with a variety of terrain for skiers and riders from beginner to expert. Local favorite activities in the winter include the Fraser Tubing Hill, Dog Sledding of Winter Park, or cross country skiing at Devils Thumb Ranch. In the summer, there is the Trestle Bike Park for downhill mountain biking, paddle boarding and water skiing on Lake Granby, fly fishing and white water rafting on the Colorado or taking in the amazing views on our hiking trails. Enjoy some of our favorite restaurants/pubs : Deno's on Main Street, Hideaway Park Brewery, Idlewild Distillery, Tabernash Tavern and Pepe Osaka's. And if you still have some energy left over, check out the Foundry for bowling or relax in their reclining chairs in the movie theater.
