This very spacious and beautifully appointed three bedroom duplex boasts many amenities surrounded by amazing views of the Rocky Mountains. Amenities include a private hot tub with gorgeous mountain views, a gas fireplace in the open concept living room, large private deck with gas grill, brand new HDTV in living room, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area that seats up to 8, free WI-Fi, a washer/dryer and a large two car heated garage.
The master suite is very spacious and has a comfy queen bed with a private bathroom that features a deep soaking jetted tub. There is a TV with DVD Player and a private deck off the master bedroom. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed along with 2 twin beds & its own TV & DVD player. The third guest bedroom also features a queen bed, small TV & vanity area with sink. The guest bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house, along with a full bathroom. There is also a full bathroom on the main level of the house. There is plenty of room for a large family or group of friends!
This home allows one dog. There are great areas to walk your dog near the home and they will enjoy the enclosed private decks. Pet Friendly with additional fee.
This beautiful, spacious, and affordable mountain home is a short drive (less than a mile) up the beautiful Wildernest neighborhood. Without having to drive for miles, you still feel like you are nested in the woods with several trees that surround the property. It is only 20 minutes from 4 major ski areas - Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, and Arapahoe Basin. There is a free shuttle service to those areas and the surrounding towns are available only a short drive from the condo. Vail and Beaver Creek are also only 30-40 minutes away.
The home sits nestled in the trees and is literally a few feet from the numerous hiking and snowshoe trails of Arapahoe National Forest. With spectacular views everywhere you look, it is ideally suited for both winter and summer activities of every kind.

Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning. This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
