The living space connects to a generous, fenced-in outdoor space for summer dining, and winter lodging along with a full outdoor couch and firepit. 

What To Be Aware Of

The patio area is secluded by a fence for privacy and thus does not have a view. We get great light in, but not world-class views out, with the exception of the private master-tarrace.

As with everywhere in Aspen, we have bears and other wildlife, so please be careful and mindful when throwing out trash and recycling.

Getting to the slopes The Gondola is four blocks away! Walk with your skis and board and enjoy the day. To get to Snowmass, Highlands, or Buttermilk, catch the free RFTA skier-shuttles at Ruby Park one block from the Gondola.
Getting around Getting around could not be easier! First means of transit: YOUR FEET! You are just blocked from everything Aspen has to offer, so walking everywhere is your best option. Trust you will enjoy it more. Should you want to get out of town, your best option is Aspen's FREE world-class bus system, RFTA (Roaring Fork Transit Authority) at Ruby Park 5 blocks away. To get to the closest station and primary bus depot, walk down Cooper St. four blocks, and turn left at the walking mall to arrive at Ruby Park bus station. Hop on the appropriate bus and be on your way. Busses run around town, to Hunter Creek, to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, Snowmass Village, and Down Valley. To check the current schedule, please visit www.RFTA.com Should this not work for you Uber, Lift, and High Mountain Taxi (970-925-8294) are available fairly regularly outside of off-season.

Though technically a "condo" we share just one wall with a neighboring unit. Our open floor plan and giant windows provide two-story ceiling heights and amazing natural light to our kitchen, living room, and open-format dining. 

The living space connects to a generous, fenced-in outdoor space for summer dining, and winter lodging along with a full outdoor couch and firepit. 

We are well suited for families, or couples with three bedrooms.  Upstairs is our master bedroom with a King bed, a private patio, and large shower and claw tooth bath. Downstairs is a queen bed, and a full bed set up for kids or adults. 

Every room in the house has just undergone a walls up re-model with top-level finishes, detailing, and style! 

Our unit is just two blocks from City Market, the nearest RFTA stop, Aspen's historic downtown core, and our incredible trail system. We are four from the Gondola and one from the river. Walking distance from everything, you won't need your parking space, but you'll have it. On the "East End" you will also enjoy quiet evenings just outside the fray.
