LOCATION
A perfect vacation townhome in a community called Cassine Garden is located in Seagrove Beach. It is 1.5 miles east of Seaside on the north side of 30A. SUN SHINE is a terrific end unit. Cassine Garden has 2 pools,  2 tennis courts, nature/bike trails that wind through the state forest, a cypress tree grove, and a small fishing pond that we share with our adjoining neighbors, Cassine Village.

There might be 2 bikes for guests to use to explore the area - owner shares, but we do not maintain them.
