After you park in the home's private driveway (parking for 2 cars; no street parking to worry about), a short flight of stairs leads you up to the enclosed, welcoming sun porch with seating for the entire group. Enjoy all Folly has to offer with local restaurants and Folly's heart, a 3-minute drive away. Although this home doesn't offer an on-site washing machine or dryer, there's a local laundromat a short, 5-minute drive away right on Folly (no need to leave the island).

For most properties, cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival are subject to a full refund except for a small fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all payments made unless you have purchased optional travel insurance and the need to cancel is covered under your policy.

• Folly Beach doesn't allow vehicles to be parked on the street unless all tires are off the roadway
