Join us at our beautiful 3.5-bedroom home in Snowmass Village Colorado. Conveniently located off the RFTA and Village Shuttle lines, kitty-corner from the golf course, just down the road from the shops at the center, and minutes from the Mall and Base Village.

What To Be Aware Of

Our home is located near the end of the complex, and there are a lot of stairs to reach us!

This unit is calmly secluded at the very end of the condominiums, this provides peace and quiet and incredible views, but also a long walk with many stairs.

If you have mobility difficulty this condo may not be ideal for you. 

Additionally, we are in the mountains! Remember, there is wildlife out there, and bears, so keep things clean and locked up should you not invite any unwelcome friends!

Getting to the slopes Ski from the deck out the front door a few hundred feet down the slope to the shuttle bus stop at the corner of Brush Creek and Owl Creek Roads. Take the free shuttle to Two Creeks, Base Village, or the Mall to load the lifts. You can also catch a free RFTA bus to Aspen Mountain (Ajax), Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk.
Getting around Getting around could not be easier! You are a 1-minute ski or 5-minute walk to the nearest Snowmass Village Shuttle and RFTA bus stop. Busses and shuttles are free throughout the upper valley. The Roaring Fork Transit (RFTA) bus system is free between Snowmass Village, Aspen, the Airport, Castle and Maroon Creeks, and all Ski Mountains. To learn more about the schedule, please visit: https://www.rfta.com/ There is a free covered parking space and shared outdoor parking, so feel free to bring your car to tour around this beautiful valley! Uber and Lyft also serve the property on a limited basis in season.

Join us at our beautiful 3.5-bedroom home in Snowmass Village Colorado. Conveniently located off the RFTA and Village Shuttle lines, kitty-corner from the golf course, just down the road from the shops at the center, and minutes from the Mall and Base Village. 

Our home is split level, connected by an adorable spiral staircase. The living area is comprised of a large open-format kitchen, ample cooking space, and bar-top seating. It comes equipped with everything you need for family or holiday gatherings. We have a large dining room table that opens to a master living room with two couches, sitting chairs, a TV, fireplace, and everything you need for a family or friends gathering. 

Upstairs, we have two spacious master bedrooms, each with a King bed and large bathrooms, significant vanities, great lighting, bath/shower combo in both. We have a large entrance area/mud room for gearing up and down, and a dedicated laundry room for mid-stay cleans.

Downstairs is the third bedroom, with a King bed, and closing doors. The downstairs living room has a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen bed. We have a small open-format office set up off the living room for remote work separated from life and cooking on the floor above. 

There is a storage pantry, and an expansive half bath on the lower level as well. 

The complex has parking for one car, unneeded guest parking which is often available, and a shared outdoor hot tub. We have wrap-around decks with amazing views of the Snowmass Valley, outdoor furniture, and great summer space to congregate outside. 

Views include Mt. Daily, Snowmass Village, and the golf course. 

Our home is located near the end of the complex, and there are a lot of stairs to reach us!
