Welcome to MOOSE Ridge, our stunning one-of-a-kind, remodeled home that sits on a ridge with unparalleled views of Grand Lake! We are thrilled to offer you the chance to experience this mountain retreat and all it has to offer.

The private hot tub and huge game room are just a couple of the amazing features that make our home so special. Catch both the amazing sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of our living room, with views to the West of Rocky Mountain National Park and Colorado River as well as to the East of Shadow Mountain Lake. The huge wrap-around deck lets you enjoy fresh mountain air and the same stunning views outside while listening to the Colorado River or stargazing over the Lake.

There is a completely renovated home from top to bottom and professionally designed it to meet the expectations of even the most critical of short-term-renters. The master bedroom includes a private atrium with 180-degree mountain views, perfect for watching wildlife, stargazing, or just reading a nice book. The loft includes double monitors at the desk to work from paradise.

We invite you to take a stroll across the street, as the land is part of this stunning rental. Walk across with your morning coffee and soak in more views of the lake. There are many outdoor activities close to this mountain retreat. Drive to the quaint town of Grand Lake in less than 4 miles (5 minutes) or 5 miles (7 minutes) to Rocky Mountain National Park. Outdoor activities like hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, golfing, skiing, snowboarding, and the local favorite of snowmobiling are all at your fingertips from our home.

Our large two-stall garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a bar top, pool table, ping-pong, pop-a-shot basketball, foosball, and life-sized Jenga. There is also a big screen TV and a working full-size scoreboard. We have a whiteboard and extra chairs to turn this space into a collaborative conference room for an executive retreat as well.

The third garage stall may be used for guest parking (with an electric vehicle plug-in). The driveway can also easily accommodate up to 6 vehicles and has room for trailer parking to park your boat or toys. The driveway has a steep slant that may be tricky in winter months so a vehicle with all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is highly recommended from late November through March.

Avoid the Denver ski traffic, as we are only 20 minutes to Granby Ski area and 35 minutes to Winter Park. Snowmobile trails are nearby, and our location is great for ice fishing too. The driveway also makes a great sledding hill for little kids (sleds included).

Oh yeah, and why MOOSE Ridge? We almost forgot, but everyone coming here wants to see a moose, right? While we cannot guarantee it, we have personally seen moose right off our front porch on many occasions, and driving down to the Colorado river at dusk will certainly increase your chances!
