Welcome to our Cozy Blue Cottage! This recently renovated home sits just off the beaten path, nestled in a heavily wooded area of tall pines and oaks. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a large covered outdoor seating area. Plus, it's just 1 mile away from the Bay and 3 miles from the best beaches in Florida!

Beach, Shopping & Dining
While the cottage is centrally located, it's on a quiet, dead-end street with little traffic. A short 2.7-mile drive will get you to Public Beach Access on Highway 30A. And only 2 miles away is Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, that has 3 miles of pristine beaches and is a great place to swim, fish, or catch a glimpse of the local wildlife. It also has 10 miles of hiking and biking trails that pass through secluded forests, dunes, and coastal dune lakes.

If you're looking for shopping, head to the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, just 2.8 miles from the cottage. (You can find a Publix here as well.) The Silver Sands Premium Outlets offer even more shopping and are 5.1 miles away.

The popular communities of Destin and Panama City Beach are a short drive and have numerous attractions, site-seeing opportunities, and plenty of dining options. You can also find plenty of restaurants right around the cottage: Emeril's Coastal, Elmo's Grill, Vue on 30A,  Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley's, Slinky's Fish Camp, and Fat Daddy's Pizza is a local favorite! For a quick getaway, there are 2 commercial airports close to home. (VPS 26.6 miles and ECP 39.4 miles.)

The master bedroom has a standard/double bed and smart tv, and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The guest bedroom also includes a smart TV.  There is 1 full bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

The main living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, smart TV, and a small desk. The kitchen includes all the amenities you'd need to whip up a grand seafood feast: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, plates, and utensils. There is free Wi-Fi available.

The cottage has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, but if you need more space, it sits right next to 2 of our other properties: Red Cottage and Crab Island Studio. Book all 3 and get an extra 10% off your stay!

Outdoor & Other Amenities
The cottage boasts a large, screened porch with a table and chairs to enjoy dining and relaxing outside - pest-free! There is also an open-air patio with more seating and a private propane grill.

Please Note
You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent and be present for the entire stay.
A dog is welcome for $150/per dog/per week with a $300 maximum.
