Please note: there is only parking for 2 vehicles and there is no overnight street parking or available parking elsewhere on the island.

This two-story southern charmer is perfect for your beach or golf getaway! Set back on a quiet street, you will have the privacy you want, views of the 13th hole of Turtle Point golf course, a 90-second walk to the beach with easy access to everything Kiawah has to offer.  A short, 10-minute drive will get you to Freshfields Village - home to Harris Teeter grocery store, Java Java coffee shop, a gas station, multiple restaurants, a business center, and other beach-inspired shops nestled into a quaint town square inspired theme. The community pool is available to you and your guests and is a short 5-minute walk from the home. 

Each stay includes a $125 beach gear credit from VayKGear, where you can rent items such as bikes, chairs, coolers, games and more!

THE SPACE
Once at the home, you will be welcomed with palm trees in the front and a short flight up to an expansive front porch that invites you to sit back and relax on its rocking chairs and porch swing. Enter the double screened-in doors to an open living room with a flat-screen Smart TV and seating for the whole family. Right off the entrance is the staircase to the second story and two bedrooms (described below). Left of the entrance you will find the first primary bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, full-sized closet, and smaller closet (which houses the living room TVs electronics). A king-sized bed and ceiling fan ensures a relaxing stay and a restful night after a day on the beach or golfing.

Beyond the living area at the back of the home is the dining area with an oversized wood plank dining table with seating for 8 and a glass door with views to the back leading to the screened-in back porch.  Behind the dining room table, a desk to do some light work if you need - but, you are on vacation so try not to use it too much! The kitchen flanks the dining area and has recently been remodeled and updated. This gourmet kitchen has it all including a double oven, microwave, gas range, wine fridge, Keurig & drip coffee maker, counter to ceiling cabinets that are equipped with utensils and cooking supplies, and a window with a clear view to the 13th hole of Turtle Point Golf course - where you might even spy deer in the evenings.

Off the dining room, you will find a full guest bathroom, the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a utility closet, and two additional bedrooms. The bedroom to the left is the second primary bedroom with a king-size bed, full ensuite bathroom, closet, glass door to the back screened-in porch, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and views of the 13th hole. The bedroom to the right sleeps two guests in two twin-sized beds, has a flat-screen TV, closet and overlooks the front porch. A ceiling fan ensures a comfortable sleep.

Walk up the single flight of stairs to the second story and you'll find two additional bedrooms, split by a short hallway. The bedroom at the top of the stairs includes a queen-sized bed, full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, closet, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an outdoor balcony with seating for two overlooking the golf course. The bedroom down the hall sleeps two in two full-size beds, has a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. 

This updated property is family-friendly, but does not allow pets.
