COMMUNITY & BEACH
Highland Parks is an upscale resort community located on Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach within a short walk to several favorite eateries such as Blue Mountain Beach Bakery, the famous Blue Mountain Creamery, and Blue Mabel Smokehouse. A wide exercise path meanders along 30A, great for a morning jog or family bike ride. The neighborhood is also adjacent to a forest preserve for scenic biking and hiking. When you're ready for the water, beach access is just 4 minutes away. The home is conveniently located near the stunning community pool (heated during cooler months), which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub, and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story 360-degree observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and Blue Mountain Beach.  

Beach Access: Gulf Coast Getaway and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately 1 mile from the Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, with restrooms and parking. 

The Blue Lupine Beach Access is located 0.7 miles from here.  

DINING & SHOPPING
Gulf Coast Getaway is conveniently located near several area restaurants, including The Vue on 30A, Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee Co., Goatfeathers Seafood Market, Cafe Tango, Stinky's Fish Camp, Red Fish Taco, Local Catch Bar and Grill, Shunk Gulley, and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. Check out Black Bear Bread Company (a local favorite) for house-baked bread and pastries. 

After enjoying your morning coffee or a nice meal, you can enjoy a leisurely walk or bike ride to various boutique shops for souvenirs.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The one-level home has a cozy living area that opens to the dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The dining area, just off the kitchen, has plentiful seating for eight. The kitchen boasts custom bead-boarded cabinets, white subway tile backsplash, and 10 feet ceilings giving the home a spacious feel. It is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious seafood dinner and includes a Ninja air fryer/grill combo. The dining area is accompanied by beautiful, white-washed wood paneling and plantation shutters to give you that classy beach home cottage feels. Visitors can also venture onto the back deck for a drink or meal on the screened-in patio directly behind the home overlooking the lake. The kitchen and dining are open to the living area, allowing your entire group to be together whether eating, playing games, or relaxing.  Through the kitchen, you have access to a full-sized washer/dryer to keep your garments clean, which means you can pack less and have more room for souvenirs. To the right of the living room, you will find two spacious bedrooms with separate full-size bathrooms. Both rooms have smart TVs and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The master has a large king-size bed, while the guest features a queen-size bed. There are two queen pullout couches  in the living room for an additional sleeping area.
The home provides free WiFi and numerous preloaded television apps enabling you to easily log in to your favorites.

Gulf Coast Getaway has ample parking with a 3-car driveway.
