Enjoy cool evening in front of the cozy gas fireplace while taking in the mountain views. High ceilings and multiple suites make this condo a great rental for families and groups of up to 10. The spacious living area has comfortable furnishings that are great for gathering around the gas fireplace after a long day of skiing, hiking, biking, or walking around Historic Main Street. Guests also have the convenience of a private and heated oversized 1-car garage and a private washer and dryer. Large windows let in ample natural light and provide beautiful views of the peaks. The full kitchen has plenty of room perfect for preparing family meals with room for up to 8 people at the dining table and another 3 seats at the kitchen counter.

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
