Walk across the street to catch Breckenridge's Free Shuttle bus, your gateway to the slopes, including the challenging double black diamond Imperial Bowl towering at almost 13,000 feet. It's not just winter fun here, in the summer Breckenridge offers hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails to enjoy.

This charming and rustic two-bedroom condo sleeps up to six people, offering a private balcony, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, plus a large one in the living room. Additional complex amenities include community coin-operated laundry facilities, hot tubs, a dry rock sauna, elevator access, and underground heated parking.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area for an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). Please note that the Upper Village pool is closed mid-April through mid-June and early September through mid-November.

If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
