Hiking, biking and fly fishing along the Fraser River Trail is all just a convenient few steps from your back door! And after a day of Colorado adventures you can soak in the jetted tub. Parking is available adjacent to the condo and a garage is accessible for storing gear such as skis, boots, and bikes. This second floor condo is accessible via exterior stairs from the street.
From Winter Park to Grand Lake, Fraser Valley is a year round playground and offers the best of the Rockies- including our very own 14er: Byers Peak! And is an incredible basecamp to enjoy all that Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, or Winter Park Ski Resort has to offer plus quaint towns, where you can dine, shop and more.
