A beautiful mountain home in forested setting can be your escape! Just a short drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort, Lazy Dog Lodge backs to forest with incredible mountain and forest views. You'll love preparing tasty home cooked meals in the beautifully remodeled kitchen. The living room has plenty of natural light and lots of windows to take in the serene forest views. With a gas fireplace, it is the perfect spot to warm up and relax after a day of skiing or outdoor activities. The large front deck provides a quiet outdoor space to gather for meals or to relax and listen to the sound of the forest. There is spacious 2-car garage with room for 2 more vehicles to park in the driveway.
 
This home has a main level queen bedroom and a 3/4 hall bathroom.  Upstairs is a king bedroom with private walkout balcony, along with an upper level bedroom featuring two twin beds. Head on downstairs to the lower level where you'll find a second living room area with a flat screen TV. 
 
** AWD/4x4/chains required in the winter, recommended in all other seasons for dirt and bumpy road **

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY:
This property is pet friendly. Guest may bring 1-2 small dogs. No cats or other pets allowed. A pet fee will be assessed after booking totaling $25 per night per pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in additional charges. The pet fee is used for additional cleaning required on departure and does not cover damaged caused by pets. The guest will be responsible for any damages or stains caused by a pet including damage caused by chewing, scratching, or accidents. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and will be responsible for the cost of carpet cleaning.
 
GETTING AROUND:
This beautiful property is situated 10 minutes south of Breckenridge off of Route 9 and is just 10 minutes from Main Street. You must have a car at this location and a 4x4/AWD vehicle is required in the winter.

If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
