Perched atop a hill overlooking Lake Estes, the 3BR/1BA Lake House offers spectacular views. Located on the Lake Estes Trail, this home is perfect for a family walk or a quick jog around the picturesque lake. The Lake Estes Trail connects to the Estes Park Visitor Center, a hub for shuttle buses to Rocky Mountain National Park, and the River Walk that winds throughout downtown Estes Park.

Entering through the front door reveals the dining and living area. The rustic dining table comfortably seats six, and the cozy sofa is a great place to watch TV or take in the views through the sliding glass doors.

The galley-style kitchen has everything necessary for vacation cooking needs, with full-sized appliances and plenty of storage space. Opposite the kitchen on the other side of the house is the den, with additional seating for the whole family and large windows that offer panoramic views of Lake Estes and the Rockies.

Down the hall is the full bathroom, opposite two of the three bedrooms. Each features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds.

Both the den and living room offer access to the spacious back deck, which features a gas grill and patio furniture to enjoy the mountain air and spectacular views.

  • Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs,  4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.  
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

    The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
    $133 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
    $133 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $133, OR no-cost Safety Check)
    $30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)
