This fantastic penthouse condo sleeps up to 19 people and has over 3500 square feet! It is easy to catch the first chair in this ski-in/ski-out condo! Ski down to the base of the American Eagle Lift or the Green Acres learning area. This 8 bedroom condo is great for several families or groups!

Many upgrades completed including a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful breakfast bar! The dinning room table can seat 10 people and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.


Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the leather furniture in front of the gas fireplace, or watch a DVD on the flat screen TV. There is another living area on the second level which features a new flat screen TV, DVD, a selection of movies, and leather furniture. Enjoy your morning on the private balcony with stunning views of the towering pine trees. There is a gas grill on the balcony for your convenience. 

This spacious condo is laid out over 3 levels. There is a living room and kitchen on the main level, and another living room on the second level. 

The bedrooms are laid out as follows:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom featuring a King Bed. Located on the main level of the condo next to the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a separate sink area, and a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.
Bedroom 2: 2nd Master bedroom featuring a King Bed. Located on the main level of the condo next to the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a separate sink area, and a shower/tub combination.
Bedroom 3: Second level of condo. King Bed and a TV.
Bedroom 4: Second level of condo. Queen Bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.
Bedroom 5: Second level of condo. King Bed and a TV.
Bedroom 6: Second level of condo. Queen Bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination with a curved shower curtain rod.
Bedroom 7: Third level of condo. Queen over Queen Bunks

Loft: Third level of condo. Twin Bunk Beds, with a trundle bed. Overlooks both living areas. 

There are 3 bathrooms on the first floor. One is off the kitchen and the other is en suite to the master bedroom the third is an en suite to the 2nd master. There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor that are en suite to the rooms with queen beds. The 3rd floor does not have a bathroom.

Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities!

There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo. One additional vehicle can park in the Ten Mile Lot, which is close to the property. All overflow vehicles can park in the Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain. There is no charge for parking.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: 
All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING:
 
Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars,  free overnight parking is provided by permit in the Alpine Lot. 

WARNING: 
4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: 
Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND 

CLEANING
:
SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

CHECK-IN
Curbside Check-In is available at the SkyRun Copper Office in the East Village at Copper Mountain. Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time.

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: 
Unfortunately, many shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19.   No refunds or further price reductions will be offered regarding the lack of access to these facilities. If

SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS:
Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
