Welcome to the Dogwood Lodge! This bright & spacious Scandinavian style townhome offers the perfect summer or winter location. Some of the features that make this Breckenridge escape truly unforgettable are: easy walking access to Main Street Breckenridge, the Gondola, and the ability to Ski-In to the home via the Skiway Skyway to soak in the private hot tub after a long day on the slopes! This home features a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, panoramic mountain views, laundry room, a fully-equipped open concept kitchen, and dining area with ample seating.
Dogwood Lodge offers four bedrooms split between the main level and top floor of the home. The primary bedroom, located on the top floor, features a king bed, private gas fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, reading nook with epic mountain views, and an ensuite 5-piece bath. The second upper level bedroom has a 2 twin beds and access to a shared full bathroom. The third upper level bedroom is great for kids and features 2 twin over twin bunk beds and access to a shared full bath. The fourth bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV, private deck, and an ensuite 5-piece bath.

If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
