A fantastic location 100 steps from the patio to the sandy, clean gulf beach. The patio area is planted with native shrubs, has concrete tables, benches, bar b q and charcoal. Unit 4 is a small studio exactly as described. Its fresh, clean, dry and the AC & WiFi work well. Washer, dryer and detergent on premises. The bathroom has fresh fluffy towels and the water pressure and hot water are plentiful. We found the bed comfy, the linens soft & fresh but pillows just so, so. Theres a fleecy throw I wrapped up in after a particularly grueling day of travel. Check in was a breeze. The property managers are attentive and had a fast and receptive response to inquiry. Beach umbrellas, coolers and sand chairs arent available but would be would be a positive addition. We asked for them and they were at our door almost immediately. We found the cleaning fee high for such a small space but overall, we had a terrific stay. Highly recommend! Host's response: Thank you for the wonderful review Sue!
