This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo resides in a quiet complex located a short walk from the famous gulf beaches. Soak up the sun by the pool, relax with your toes in the sand, and return to this delightful condo for six each night.

As you enter the condo you will be greeted with a light and airy living space. Soft gray plank flooring, soothing taupe walls, and well-appointed furnishings immediately set travelers in vacation mode. A plush cream couch, two stylish modern chairs, and beachy decor all promise cozy comfort. Don't worry about missing your favorite shows while on vacation as the flat-screen, SMART TV is equipped with cable, streaming, and a DVD; Blu-Ray player!

If you prefer to spend a big part of your time taking in the gulf breeze, step into the screened, ground floor lanai. Three comfy chairs and a small side table fill the space allowing guests to enjoy both snacks and drinks outdoors. Exit the lanai door for a quick walk to the complex pool, as well as a path to the public beach access across the street. After a day spent enjoying the beautiful beach and swimming in the community pool, your fully equipped kitchen has all the things you need to create tasty meals. The condo's bright kitchen boasts clean, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a wooden table and built-in seating for four. Whether you throw a fun, family style dinner or simply rewarm some take-out, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker, toaster, and more are all at your disposal.

For a more formal dining experience, gather the family and enjoy a sit-down meal around the farmhouse-style table that comfortably seats six. With the dining room table and kitchen banquette, there's plenty of room for the entire family and any new friends who drop by!

When you're ready to retire, you'll find your rest in the serene primary suite. The primary bedroom provides guests with a comfortable king bed, white-washed wood furniture, flat-screen TV and walk-in closet. There is also a private entrance to the lanai for late night star gazing. The adjoining primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, single sink vanity and plenty of bath towels and toiletries.

The large guest bedroom has two full-size beds, flat-screen TV, soft bedding, and dresser to store your personals. In the closet, you will find plenty of beach essentials to make your stay stress-free. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a standard bathtub, vanity and plush towels for each guest.

The condo is equipped with all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable TV, streaming, DVD and a Blu-Ray player, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs and toys, and one designated parking spot.

Beach Way Condominiums is a small complex directly across the street from the famous Siesta Key Beach. This two-story condominium complex has provided both residents and guests relaxing gulf-side stays for years. Built in 1970, the 45 properties range from 1180 to 1250 square feet of comfortable living space. All the units have balconies or lanais to enjoy beach views, gulf breezes and amazing sunsets.

While its condos provide unforgettable stays, Beach Way Condominiums' top amenities will keep you returning year after year. The location is unbeatable, as you are only a quick one-minute walk to the white quartz sand, beach pavilion, volleyball courts and more. The complex boasts a large heated swimming pool in the middle of the community, a shared laundry room, elevators, picnic area with grills, common area with full kitchen, covered parking, and so much more. Location, location, location! That was the best thing about this condo. Right across the road from Siesta Beach and its beautiful sunsets and less than a mile from the village, with a stop for the trolley bus to village outside the door! Very handy if you want to have a drink. No charge you just tip the driver.The lanai is a lovely place to have morning coffee and lunchtime beer- with direct access to a pristine pool. Inside, the sofa , chairs and beds are extremely comfortable with large beds and fluffy white towels. Well equipped kitchen . We would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was wonderful. Hans was very responsive when we had a question and the condo was spotless. Ample towels and very nice to have toilet paper and paper towels available in the condo. Pool was very clean and the location is directly across the Siesta Key Beach. Best location.

The location was peaceful and relaxing. Walk to the beach and pool! Very convenient. The area was safe and felt homey. The apartment is located in a residential area- about a 1-mile walk to "downtown" for restaurants and shops. The apartment was super cute! Up-to-date decor! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathrooms were nice. The couch was super comfortable. We had a difficult time working the TVs. Perfect amount of space for us 4. Six people may be a bit tight- depends on your comfort level. SkyRun staff was super responsive and helpful. The pool was closed by the health department but the staff followed up with the appropriate professionals, and it opened in 24 hours. The pool was shared with other residents but we went during a slow time so that was not an issue for us. The beach access directly across the street was a public access so it was busy. We walked down a block to the next access and it was more pleasant. Lovely place! Would rent again!

Beautiful condo, very comfortable and in a safe area. So much to do nearby. The beach is just across the street. The pool was peaceful and not crowded when we were here. We grilled and enjoyed eating in as well as checked out several restaurants in the area.

This was a spontaneous road trip to FL for our family after the Southwest Airlines debacle of Christmas 2022 (our flight to Phoenix was cancelled). We jumped into our car with no luggage and booked this lovely air bnb on our way! We were so happy to finally get there! The condo is in a great location to the beach and has been renovated beautifully. Everything was very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the heated pool.
