This spacious home allows you to host multiple families, making it the ideal location for the reuniting with family and friends. Enjoy the large back porch overlooking the huge lawn and river, or walk down to the riverside deck where you can take in one of the most beautiful areas of the Guadalupe River. The deck is perfect for year- round fishing, especially since rainbow trout are stocked every winter by the Texas Parks and Widlife department. The steps leading down to the Guadalupe make for easy entry and exit for kayaking, tubing, or just jumping right in!
Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with fireplace, cable TV, and plush sectional sofa, while the home's sliding glass doors make sure the river never leaves your sight. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials needed to prepare that perfect vacation meal. Although this home allows you to spend quality time as a group, the 5 bedrooms and 4 baths ensure that everyone can spread out in the evenings and recharge for the next day of excitement.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 15 guests. We manage several nearby properties and often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
