You will fall in love with this luxurious two bedroom plus loft penthouse located on the top floor overlooking the Mountain House ski slopes, the Snake River, and the wetlands below. This perfect and centrally located condo is a short 4 minute walk to the Peru Express High Speed Quad. Cinnamon Ridge is also right on the famous Keystone Bike Path, about 15 steps from the back door!
This professionally decorated condo is over 2,000 square feet and is very open and airy with soaring 30 foot cathedral ceilings. Breathe in the fresh mountain air from your private balcony, which boasts spectacular panoramic views of Keystone Resort! Ease your muscles after a long day on the ski slopes in your very own private hot tub! You can see the slopes lit up at night while all of your stresses melt away.
Enter through the well equipped kitchen and feast your eyes upon custom cabinetry, a large granite slab counter and island with stainless steel appliances that exude warmth and class. The elevated dining room table seats 6 people comfortably, and there are 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Relax after a long day on the huge leather sectional sofa in the living room in front of the natural stone wood burning fireplace. Catch the big game or watch a DVD on the flat screen wall mounted TV over the fireplace. You can even rock out some tunes on the iPod docking station. There is another sofa in the living room that pulls out to a queen size bed to sleep 2 additional people.
The over sized master bedroom features a king size mattress, luxurious down comforters and soft bedding, a TV, and large walk-in closet. The en suite master bathroom features double granite sinks, walk-in shower, and separate water closet.
The guest bedroom features a king size pillow top mattress, luxurious down comforters and soft bedding, and a new flat screen TV. The loft upstairs is great for the kids, featuring 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds, there is plenty of room to sleep 4 people. Play a game of Foosball up here, and even put together a puzzle in the 4 person seating area. The guest bathroom features granite counters and a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Stroll down to River Run or to Keystone Lake for ice skating in the winter or paddle boating and outdoor concerts in the summer. Park the car and never get back in until it is time to leave. If you do decide to leave the condo, it is a short drive into Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco or Breckenridge for movies, theatre, shopping, concerts, or the marina.
