Hook, Wine, & Linger is a 2 BD/2 BR 1132 sqft condo located at the beautiful Sandpiper Cove Resort in Holiday Isle of Destin. This beautifully decorated condo is close to several restaurants, shopping, and attractions in Destin, yet a private area that is perfect for families and those seeking quiet getaways. The condo is situated on the ground floor and is just across the street from the beach and offers all the amenities you are looking for in that dream vacation destination!

ACCOMMODATIONS
This large 2-bedroom condo includes accommodations for 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV, large closets, and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks and stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a twin over full bunk bed, Smart TV, and access to the back porch. This room also includes a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, single vanity, and make-up desk.

The large common area opens to the kitchen area, making it easy to interact with your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and granite countertops to make a home-cooked meal on those evenings you don't feel like venturing out. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 guests and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 3. A stacked washer and dryer is tucked away just off the kitchen for your convenience. The covered back porch is a perfect area to relax with views of pool (heated during cold months) and putting green.

COMMUNITY & BEACH
Take a boat ride from the resort for $10.00 per person to any dining establishments along the Destin harbor, or a short walk to a relaxing day at the beach.

DINING & SHOPPING
With lots of shopping nearby, you will have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir or gift or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village or just a few miles away is Destin Commons Shopping Center. Both of these districts offer shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, shopping and spas, and some of the best fishing in the Gulf. 

OTHER AMENITIES & OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 3 Hot Tubs, 6 lighted tennis courts (4 covert to Pickleball Courts), and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 1 Fine Dining Restaurant (Louisiana Lagniappe), Beach Bar & Grill (Rick's Sand Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze. Discounted weekly golf cart rental. 

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per condo. Trailers or vehicles with more than 4 wheels will be required to park off-site.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification 7 days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out.

PLEASE NOTE
You MUST be 25 years old or older to rent this property. This person is required to stay during the entire stay. Hook, Wine, & Linger is dog-friendly (1 dog up to 30 lbs.) for a non-refundable fee for $150 per week and max $300. Reminder: Pets are not permitted on beaches.
