At your right, you will notice the staircase that leads to a light-filled walk-out basement with a family room, 2 bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, and a private patio. We'll explore downstairs in a bit.

The view of the Continental Divide will command your attention when you dine. The beautiful kitchen has rich honey-colored oak cabinets topped with solid granite countertops. You'll love the ample storage, the appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and cookware to make yummy vacation meals. Clean up is easy with the full-size dishwasher. Seating at a long granite bar allows everyone to hang out with the cook. Behind the kitchen, you'll find a convenient powder room. At the end of the kitchen is the door to the oversized 2 car garage.
A floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace and a wall of mountain peak filled windows anchors this rustic modern Great Room. The furniture is uber comfortable and you will especially enjoy the craftsman-style chairs when you are curled up with a book. A flat-screen TV is perfect for watching movies or football games. Outside the sliding glass doors is a large deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a chaise for lounging in mountain sunshine and a gas grill for summer BBQs. The west end of the deck offers views of the snow-capped peaks of the National Park. Stepping back into the Great Room you'll notice the Master Bedroom on your right. An over-sized Queen bed is covered in sumptuous linens that will make you want to squeeze in afternoon vacation naps. A flat-screen TV is perfect for late night movies in bed. The Master Bath is the height of luxury with the beautifully tiled walk-in shower and vanity. Plus, there is a walk-in closet for unpacking and hanging your clothes to stay awhile.
Let's head back downstairs and explore the walkout level below. Step down to the family room that features a Queen sleeper sofa and an armoire with an older TV/DVD player with a video library for the kiddos. From the family room, french doors open to the Sunflower Bedroom. This room features a Queen bed surrounded by sunflower art and accessories. Past this bedroom, you can step outside onto a private patio with seating. A hallway leads to the third bedroom - Hooked on Fishing. You'll love the whimsy of this bedroom featuring a Queen bed and décor of this favorite mountain sport. Further down the hall is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
