This large second-floor condo with 2-bedrooms + Loft, sleeps 8!  Ideally located just walking distance from the Quicksilver chairlift on Peak 9, this cozy condo is also just a short walk from downtown Breckenridge.  You'll love preparing tasty home-cooked meals in your fully upgraded kitchen with all modern appliances as well as all necessary cooking and dining utensils. Two bedrooms and a loft provide ample space for the whole family to spread out when it's time to hit the hay.  Enjoy use of the Columbine Pool & Hot Tub complex (seasonal) offering an outdoor pool, hot tubs and locker room.

The first bedroom has two twin beds and a TV.  The second bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, AND a gas fireplace to keep you cozy warm on those cold winter nights.  Head on up to the loft where you'll find additional sleeping accommodations with two twin beds, and 1 full bed.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
