SERENITY NOW! We all need some, so come and get your well-deserved break at Serenity Shores.
* Please note the water levels are currently much lower than shown in the photos, due to the dam break earlier in 2019 (this quiet stretch of Guadalupe River was previously Lake Dunlap). Even the drive to the house is relaxing, as it's lined with fully mature trees that shelter the neighborhood's homes from that sweltering Texas sun. Park your ride (and maybe your phone too) in the covered parking at the home and come on around back to see where the relaxing will begin each day and will continue into the starry night. Out back you'll find plenty of shade from the towering trees to the comfortable deck and right on down to the water where the hammock awaits you. Listen to the river meander by while you catch a nap.. while others enjoy kayaking or fishing on the refreshing, cool waters. Don't forget to bring your grill-ables...al fresco dining at sunset is a must while in the Hill Country!
As you enter the home from the patio you'll find the well-appointed kitchen for the chef(s) to enjoy and an enormous flat panel smart TV to entertain the whole group. Three well-decorated bedrooms housing a king, a queen, and two full beds can sleep 8 comfortably. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, tub, and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms share a shower and double vanity. Both the master and the queen bedroom have lovely water views and access to the back porch from the bedroom. Come and enjoy Serenity Shores on the Guadalupe River in the fun and historic town of New Braunfels. Once you're here, you won't want to leave!
