Whether you're an avid skier, with the Peak 9 base area just a short walk or a free shuttle ride away, or a fan of shopping, dining, and entertainment on Main Street, a mere 10-minute stroll, The Lift C11 caters to your every desire.

The expansive living room, adorned with a flat screen TV, sets the stage for relaxation and camaraderie. The well-stocked kitchen invites culinary creations, while the dining area, with seating for 5, becomes the backdrop for shared meals and lively conversations.

Indulge in the Columbine Pool & Hot Tub complex (CLOSED April 15th thru May 24th), subject to availability, featuring an outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a convenient locker room. Please note the seasonal availability (June-August and December-March) of these amenities, enhancing your Breckenridge experience.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
