Boat Launching/Put-In Facilities: Obexer's Marina is happy to help with your boat launching needs. Obexer's Marina is 0.5 miles/10 minute walk heading north from the property. Your are welcome to put-in at the Marina and boat down to the McKinney Shores private pier and pick up your guests for play-time on the Lake. You can not leave your boat unattended at the pier. Snow plowing/removal services provided: Roads and driveway are plowed when 3" or more of snowfall occurs to keep roads and driving conditions as manageable and safe as possible.
