Come experience the wonder of the Sierra Nevada mountains in the beautiful Tahoe Donner area of North Lake Tahoe! This spacious and bright Pinnacle Loop Mountain Retreat boast incredible panoramic views from just about any room in the house. The Master Suite is located on the main level off the living room, is spacious and bright, connects to a large deck with incredible views. The master bath features a heated floor, sunken jetted tub, walk in shower and closet, a large vanity and plenty of privacy. The living area opens to a roomy dining area and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows that beams in lots of light and views! There is plenty of comfy seating, a flat screen TV, access to a large deck and a beautiful rock fireplace that anchors this main room. A partial bath is located off the living room. The kitchen and breakfast bar (seating for 4) offers full amenities and features granite counter tops, hardwood floors, knotty alder pine cabinets, gas range oven, stove top, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The three guest bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry room and the family/entertainment room are on the lower level. A double size sofa sleeper, wet bar with sink, free standing vermont castings gas stove for those chilly nights, large TV, VHS, private deck and plenty of open floor space makes this room a favorite with the kids and teens.

Access to private amenities: Included with your rental are two guest transferable key cards providing guests access to the Tahoe Donner private amenities. Up to four guests (7 years and older) may gain access on one card. Daily guest access fee to amenities is currently $15 per day/per guest. Children under 7 are free. Children under 12 will not be allowed to use or have access to any association amenities without direct adult supervision.

Garbage: Pick up is Tuesdays. If your stay falls over a Tuesday, please remove all trash to Bear Box located at entrance of driveway. Do not store garbage in garage as bears may break in. Note: If your stay falls over a Tuesday, remove all trash from rental and place in Bear Box.

Air Conditioning: Due to mild/cooler weather, most properties do not have air conditioning.
Snow plowing/removal services provided: Roads and driveway are plowed when 3" or more of snowfall occurs to keep roads and driving conditions as manageable and safe as possible.
Parking: 3 vehicles - garage and driveway parking. Parking in Tahoe Donner can be strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket, adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. Due to Home Owners Associations (HOA) requirements, all vehicles are to be parked in driveway. There is no parking on the street due to snowplowing and other activities during summer and winter months to keep streets clean and open for vehicle use. SkyRun is not responsible for any damage that may happen to your vehicle.
