SkyRun is committed to do our best to practice cleaning and safety  protocols to ensure the vacation rental is safe and ready for the enjoyment of guests.  In addition, SkyRun highly recommends that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment due to unforeseen circumstances of any kind such as inclement weather, poor air quality/wildfires, etc. A policy can be purchased at time of direct booking or thereafter at Travel Insurance  or contact (843) 286-5144.

Good Neighbor Policies are strictly enforced in all SkyRun vacation rentals.  Quiet Hours: 9pm to 8am. It is important that guests adhere to these policies as any complaints may result in early departure of the guest stay and or/fine(s) to guests. The Good Neighbor Policies Flyer is posted in all SkyRun vacation rentals as a friendly reminder to be a Good Neighbor during your stay in North Lake Tahoe!

Drones are prohibited to be operated from all SkyRun vacation rentals and in all North Lake Tahoe residential/community neighborhoods.

Come experience the wonder of the Sierra Nevada mountains in the beautiful Tahoe Donner area of North Lake Tahoe! This spacious and bright Pinnacle Loop Mountain Retreat boast incredible panoramic views from just about any room in the house. The Master Suite is located on the main level off the living room, is spacious and bright, connects to a large deck with incredible views. The master bath features a sunken tub, walk in shower, a large walk-in closet, double vanity and plenty of privacy. The living area opens to a roomy dining area and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows that warms and lights the room and provides stunning views! The living room features oversized leather couches and lounge chair, a flat screen TV, access to a large deck, cathedral ceiling and a beautiful rock gas fireplace that anchors the grand room. A partial bath is located off the living room. The kitchen and breakfast bar offers full amenities and features granite counter tops, hardwood floors, knotty alder pine cabinets, gas range oven, stove top, and stainless steel appliances. The three guest bedrooms, 2 full baths, laundry room and the family/entertainment room are on the lower level. The family/entertainment room offers a comfy sectional sofa, wet bar with sink, free standing Vermont castings gas stove for those chilly nights, large TV, VHS, private deck and plenty of open floor space makes this room a favorite with the kids and teens. 

Tahoe Donner is one of America's largest homeowner's association with nearly 6,500 properties and 25,000 members and vacation guests enjoying over 7,000 acres of the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains. This year-round destination offers winter and summer activities plus access to private and public amenities at Tahoe Donner that includes Beach Club Marina, Northwoods Pool, Tennis Center, Trout Creek Recreation Center (private amenities), Cross Country Center, Downhill Ski Area, Equestrian Center, Golf Course and Driving Range, Alder Creek Campground in addition to the Northwoods Club House and Restaurants including The Lodge Restaurant and Pub. Tahoe Donner is minutes away from the charming Historic Downtown Truckee, about 12 miles from the quaint Northstar California Resort/Village, and about 15 miles form Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows. 

Access to private amenities: Included with your rental are two guest transferable key cards providing guests access to the Tahoe Donner private amenities.  Guest access fee to amenities apply daily/per guest. Children under 7 are free. Children under 12 are not allowed to use or have access to any association amenities without adult supervision.

The SkyRun Advantage: All SkyRun North Lake Tahoe properties feature standard amenities including WiFi, cable/satellite, BBQ w/propane tanks, well-equipped kitchen that includes coffee pot, cooking and bakeware, dishes, glasses and utensils, small appliances and kitchen towels. A  starter kit package of paper towel, dish soap, trash bags, kitchen sponge, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper are provided. Bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with high end bed linens, top bedding, pillows and bath towels.

• Garbage: Pick up is Tuesdays AM. If your stay falls over a Tuesday, please remove all trash to Bear Box located at entrance of driveway. Do not store garbage in garage as bears may break in. Remove from home and place in brown "Bear Box" at entrance of driveway. Make sure the latch is turned and flat against door. Note: If your stay falls over a Tuesday, remove all trash from rental and place in Bear Box. 
• Outdoor Living: Large deck on main level, patio furniture &  BBQ (seasonal), panoramic views, private smaller deck on lower level
• Air Conditioning: No. Due to  mild/cooler weather, most properties do not have air conditioning. 
• Snow plowing/removal services provided: Roads and driveway are plowed when 3" or more of snowfall occurs to keep roads and driving conditions as manageable and safe as possible. 
• Parking: 3 vehicles - garage and driveway parking. Parking in Tahoe Donner can be strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket, adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. Due to Home Owners Associations (HOA) requirements, all vehicles are to be parked in driveway. There is no parking on the street due to snowplowing and other activities during summer and winter months to keep streets clean and open for vehicle use. SkyRun is not responsible for any damage that may happen to your vehicle.

• No Parking on the Street (vehicles may be towed)
• HOA Noise Ordinance in Effect: Please be respectful of your neighbors. Reported disturbances or disrespectful behavior may result in early eviction of your stay.
• Must be 25 years or older to rent property and be present during booking dates. All guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent, adult/guardian at all times
• SkyRun Management may greet guest/renter during their stay asking to see a valid ID and payment method
• Check-In time: 4pm |Check-out time: 10am (unless other arrangements have been made with SkyRun).
