The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals with marble countertops, stainless appliances and joins the living area so you can cook and socialize at the same time. There is a dining area with seating for 8 plus 3 more at the bar.
The lower level features 2 separate living areas. The first are has ample seating and flatscreen TV (NOTE: fireplace is inoperable, it has been sealed and cannot be used). This is a perfect area for families and kids to gather. The second provides spacious area with seating and a flatscreen TV and provides an excellent place for games and activities the family can enjoy.
This home has a large king master suite with ensuite bath, flatscreen TV, private deck, and amazing views of Breckenridge and the ski area. There are 2 nicely appointed queen bedrooms on the main level that share a full bath. There is an additional 2 bedrooms on the ground level which are perfect for the kids. The first is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks and the second has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bath. There is additional sleeping for 2 on the queen sofa sleeper in the lower level.

The property is just a 3-minute walk to the free shuttle route located on the corner of French St. and Wellington Rd. This is the Purple Route and will take you to most places in town including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, or Main St.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
