Here you’ll find something for everyone, whether you’re enjoying a soak in the hot tub, watching the kids frolic on the deluxe play set, relaxing to the sounds of the waterfall from the deck while absorbed in the beauty of the Tenmile Range, roasting marshmallows over the open fire pit, fly fishing for trout in the Swan River, testing out your billiards skills, or simply snuggling up with your favorite movie playing on the big screen TV, a flickering fire in the fireplace, and a glass of fine wine. And that’s before you even leave the property!
The main level features a king master suite with amazing mountain views, porch, ensuite 5-piece bath with jetted tub, fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a second king master suite with an ensuite 3/4 bath and flat screen TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom. The upper level has 2 bedrooms. The first is a queen bedroom with an ensuite 3/4 bath, flat screen TV, and expansive mountain views. The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV and access to a shared bathroom. There is also an additionla 6th bedroom that doubles as the media room with a queen murphy bed. This room may be closed off for privacy.
Situated in the heart of ski country, you’ll find the Breckenridge ski lifts only 10 minutes away. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, A-Basin and Loveland ski resorts are all within a short drive. In the summer, you can be in the clubhouse of the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club in just a few minutes. There are also numerous nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, including a trailhead to the famous Colorado Trail less than a mile from the house. Go white water rafting, explore an abandoned gold mine, zoom down a zip line suspended over 50 feet in the air, or stroll down the streets of town, where a multitude of quaint shops and restaurants are guaranteed to please.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
