The home is fully remodeled-equipped with a wood burning stove. From the comfortable bedrooms to the modern kitchen and amazing outdoor space, this home is perfect for your mountain vacation. This home has a large deck with gas BBQ and a shared outdoor hot tub (it is shared with the duplex tenants). In the winter, you can be on the slopes in minutes and in summer take advantage of nearby hiking, walking and biking trails or enjoy barbecuing on the spacious deck. The dining room has seating for 6 and 2 at the bar. Featured amenities include an in-home washer dryer, propane BBQ, large deck, and a shared outdoor hot tub (Subject to availability)
 
Both bedrooms of Peak Seven Cottage have been updated with NEW mattresses! This home has a queen master suite. The second bedroom features two twin beds. There are additional accommodations for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa, also NEW in the upper living area/loft.

GETTING AROUND:
This home is located on Peak 7. There is no shuttle service to this location, so guest can drive to the free parking lot on airport road and take the shuttle to the Breck Connect Gondola or can drive to the pay lot located at the gondola. It is a 5 minute drive to the free parking and 7-8 minutes to the gondola lot.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
