This townhome is also conveniently located across the street for a free town shuttle. Enjoy the spacious living/family room that features comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The deck provides outdoor living and a glass BBQ. A modern well stocked kitchen prides everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining room has seating for 6 as well as additional bar seating.Other unit amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, steam shower, and a one car garage. Guests of Chimney Ridge have seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, indoor & outdoor hot tubs, and changing rooms.
 
Upstairs, you will find a large master suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and ensuite bath. There is a loft area perfect for the kids which features a large flat screen TV, Xbox and a queen sofa sleeper. PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
