We had a bit of noise on Saturday morning from some construction at a neighboring house but otherwise the location was silent. A grill was provided which worked well as did everything in the kitchen. Beds and rooms were comfy and quiet. The property is a bit spendy for what you get but I think that's probably true across most of airbnb these days. Honestly everything was pretty seamless, we didn't even need to reach out to the hosts.
