Great location and value for a group or family. No need to drive to the slopes, stay here at an affordable rate. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom plus a den with a twin size bed that sleeps up to 9 people. Great view of Center Village. 3-4 minute walk to American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts.
The well appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking all of your meals at home. Serve your family of 6 at the dining room table, and there are 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a private balcony off of the living room.
The master bedroom features a King Bed and a new flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a great selection of books for your enjoyment. The en suite bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination.
There is a den next to the master bedroom that has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and for added privacy there is a glass wall separator.
The second master bedroom features a King Bed. The attached guest bathroom features double sinks and a shower/tub combination.
The third room is small and is right next to the second master. There is a Twin Bed and for added privacy there is a glass wall separator.
Summit House has two laundry rooms in the building. Your private ski locker is on the ground floor as you enter the building.
There is a covered car port parking spot for 1 vehicle, this is an assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot. There is no charge for parking.
Center Village is the main base area for Copper Mountain. There are many great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The American Eagle Chairlift accesses intermediate terrain. The American Flyer has some green terrain, but all first timers or beginners need to take the bus to West Village or walk to Green Acres. Green Acres is only a few minute walk and is a great learning area.
There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, free overnight parking is provided by permit in the Alpine Lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

CLEANING: SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
CHECK-IN: Curbside Check-In is available at the SkyRun Copper Office in the East Village at Copper Mountain. Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time.
