This fantastic third-floor condo sleeps up to 10 people and is over 1000 square feet! It is easy to catch the first chair in this ski-in/ski-out condo.

The well-appointed kitchen features new appliances, a glass cooktop stove, and beautiful granite counters. Serve 4 people at the breakfast bar or up to 8 people at the dining room table. Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the new leather furniture in front of the roaring gas fireplace, or watch a DVD on the new 42-inch flat-screen TV.

The master bedroom has 2 Queen Beds, a TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and a private balcony. The newly remodeled, en suite bathroom features a gorgeous double sink area, radiant in-floor heating, and a newly tiled shower/tub combination.

The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, a TV, and a private balcony.

There are also 2 Twin Murphy Beds that pull down from the wall in the living room and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Enjoy your morning on the private balcony with stunning views of the towering pine trees, Center Village, and the ski slopes. There is a gas grill on the balcony for your convenience. The second bathroom is off the kitchen.

Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first-timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities!

There is a laundry facility located on the third floor.

There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo. One additional vehicle can park in the B-Lot, which is close to this condo. All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain. There is no charge for parking.

There is a max of 2 pets in this condo, for an additional fee.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: 
All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING:
 
Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars,  free overnight parking is provided by permit in the Alpine Lot. 

WARNING: 
4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: 
Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND 

CLEANING
:
SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

CHECK-IN
Curbside Check-In is available at the SkyRun Copper Office in the East Village at Copper Mountain. Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time.

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: 
Unfortunately, many shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19.   No refunds or further price reductions will be offered regarding the lack of access to these facilities. If

SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS:
Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
