Enjoy the enclosed front porch, private back patio, off-street parking and carriage house for bikes or sporting equipment. All new contemporary yet comfortable decor and furnishings that complement the charm of the original features like the hardwood floors and built-in-place cabinets! Washer and dryer, outdoor grill and cooking station with comfortable private back patio that is shaded in the afternoons and has solar lighting for enjoying our comfortable Colorado evenings. Bedrooms feature ceiling fans, dresser, full size closet and Queen beds. The comfortable living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa, 55" smart television with Roku. There is a convenient desk area with internet access for those who need to work while they play. The bathroom has everything you might need including a hairdryer and make up mirror. In the renovation of the home, we opened the kitchen to the living area and provided a cool table space convenient for eating, working and visiting. We have a highchair, Pack & Play and baby seat / swing for those with small children. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless farm sink, stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, mixer, all cookware and dinnerware. You should only need to get a few groceries and personal items!
