Everything has been thoughtfully upgraded with all new furniture, appliances, and a king bed in the primary suite.  This condo is located  on the Eagle River with access to a trail right out your front door where you can soak in the picturesque scenery of the Rocky Mountains. 

Stocked with all stainless steel appliances, coffee maker and coffee, microwave, and toaster you'll find everything needed to whip up a feast after a successful days of adventuring. There are also a couple barstools at the kitchen island for guest seating and a dining table with additional seating for four. You'll also find the stacked washer/dryer here for added convenience. 

Make your way to the living room and you will enjoy the perfect spot to relax after a day full of outings. The living area is outfitted with a  beautiful big screen TV, comfy couch and fireplace.  This unit boasts a covered private patio complete with a BBQ and outdoor furniture where you can listen to the babbling creek. There is a wonderful path to walk alongside it as well.  

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a beautifully updated en-suite with marble countertops and shower/tub combo.  The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed and picturesque views. Both beds are outfitted with restful mattresses and hotel quality linens for your best nights rest.  Additional amenities include underground garage assigned parking for 1 vehicle with guest parking spaces in the parking lot.

Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
