Situated right next to the Cortez Bridge, this prime spot provides immediate access to the sunny and famous Anna Maria Island. Enjoy the serene, residential neighborhood with plenty of yard and pool space, perfect for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Property Details: Step into Casa Palmera and be greeted by an open floor plan. The family room features ample seating, perfect for gathering and relaxing. Continue to the living room, where a smart TV and incredible backyard pool and canal views await. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home cooked meals, and the dining room table is perfect for family dinners with spectacular water views. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a shower, and two walk-in closets. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, providing excellent privacy. The second bedroom also features a king bed with access to the amazing backyard and water views, plus a smart TV. The third bedroom has a cozy queen bed. Bathroom 2, located between bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a tub/shower combo.

Amenities: Casa Palmera is well-stocked to ensure you have the best beach vacation. Enjoy beach amenities like an umbrella, cooler, chairs, and beach toys. For families traveling with little ones, the home provides baby amenities such as a pack 'n play, baby toys, and a high chair. Additionally, a full-size washer and dryer are available in the garage for your convenience. 

Things to Do: The vibrant area surrounding Casa Palmera is packed with activities for everyone. Anna Maria Island is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and sugary sands, offering a plethora of beach activities, boutique shops, and delicious local restaurants. Just minutes away, Bradenton boasts historical charm, fascinating museums, and unique local dining and shopping options. Additionally, the famous Sarasota and Siesta Key are nearby, providing even more opportunities for exploration and fun.

No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Pet fees do apply to cover extra cleaning costs. If any "dog waste" is left on the property, that will be an additional charge as well. Please do not let dogs on furniture. Thank you for taking care of our property with your furry family members!
