This cute and cozy 800 SQ FT, 2BR/2BA open feel condo offers mountain comfort and stunning views. Located between Marys Lake and Moraine Ave, you are minutes from downtown Estes Park, and from the South entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This ranch style condo is welcoming and cute. With all living areas on the main floor, this condo makes for a relaxing and accessible experience. The open concept living area has wonderful natural light with large windows that invite the outdoors inside. The great room offers incredible views of the surrounding area. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with all of the items you may need to make that perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Off of the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer for your laundry convenience.

The patio is located off the dining room with comfy patio furniture to lounge in, a gas grill, and a gas firepit. This lovely property backs up to permanent Land Trust Open Space. Enjoy fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Rocky Mountain National Park.


The Master bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a full hall bathroom with a shower. The home has free, secure WiFi, and streaming available on the SmartTV in the living area.

  • Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
