The heart of this home is the open living area, complete with a flatscreen TV that effortlessly flows into a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stylish granite countertops. Picture yourself gathered around the dining table for eight or grabbing a seat for two more at the bar making it the perfect setup for shared laughter and good times.

This home boasts a spacious open floor plan with 10 ft ceilings and tile. On the main floor, discover the Master Suite, your cozy escape with a king-size bed with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and an oversized tub. 

Upstairs will find a loft that is the perfect lounging spot for watching movies on the flatscreen TV. Ideal for winding down after a day of beach activities. Beyond the loft is a walk-out balcony to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The upstairs master bedroom has an ample king size bed for blissful nights with a private bathroom attached. The third bedroom is connected to the balcony as well with a queen bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom is perfect for children or young adults with twin beds. Every bedroom and common area has its own flatscreen TV. 

As a guest, you will have access to beach toys, chairs, and a heavy-duty beach cart. The beach is a short 8-minute walk to the beach, or take the seasonal beach trolley service for FREE! The driveway has ample parking for three vehicles, and guests have access to the community's additional parking lot. 

NOTE: This home can fit three vehicles in the driveway space. However, the HOA requires that no vehicles protrude into the roadway or park on the street at any time.

The following dog breeds, or any mix of these dog breeds are not permitted:
Aggressive dog breeds include, but are not limited to the following: Akita | American Bully | American Stafford Terrier | Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff | Chow Chow | Dingo | Doberman Pinscher | Giant Schnauzer | German Shepherd |Mastiff| Ovtcharka | Presa Canario | Pit Bull and Pit Bull Mixes | Rhodesian Ridgeback | Rottweiler | Neapolitan Mastiff and wolf. Any dogs with a bite history, or mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited. NO puppies, cats, kittens, or exotic pets are allowed. Pet Waiver and release of liability agreement required for pets. An additional fee is a nonrefundable $150 per dog per week, max $300. A reminder that pets are NOT permitted on beaches.
