You will know you’ve found a Hawaii Paradise as you relax and enjoy this beautiful A-Frame style, Cedar Cabin in the tropics. This home offers an amazing blend of “Old Hawaiiana” décor along with a “Nautical Captain’s Dream” themes; all with gorgeous, updated bathrooms, kitchen and fabulous amenities, making this comfortable home an ideal Hawaii "home away from home" vacation spot. Located on a quiet, Cul-de-sac, yet conveniently located to most attractions and “things to do” in Kohala area. As well, you have easy access to main highways that lead to all other parts of the island if you chose to explore The Big Island of Hawai’i. The world reknown white sands of Hapuna Beach are only 15 minute drive away. In addition to being close to great beaches, you'll find shopping, fabulous restaurants, horseback riding, golf courses, tennis and pickleball. Enjoy beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, Kawaihae Harbor, Kohala Mountain range, Kohala Coastline, and watch the lights of Waikoloa as they pop at night! You can even see Haleakala on Maui island, as you dine on the outdoor lanai / dining area, lounge around the back yard, jacuzzi and bedrooms!
The Master Suite has over 650 Sq Ft of space, with an updated bathroom with two sinks, as well as a large, covered lanai (balcony) to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Maui, Kawaihae and Kohala mountains. In addition to the upper-level primary bedroom suite, there are two guest bedrooms on the main level, one bathroom, large kitchen which is appointed with high-end appliances, comfy living room sectional and large smart TV, and laundry area. Just off the living room and entrance foie, you can walk directly outside to the patio area, where you will find the BBQ, the large grassy, private yard, and a short staircase to the fabulous new jacuzzi. *Please note: the “main floor” is located on the second level of the house. From the front entrance, you will need to climb a set of stairs to access the main floor. (Please see photos of the house from the driveway vantage.) You will find everything you need make your stay comfortable, including high-end kitchenware, surfboards, paddle boards, beach chairs, snorkel / masks, and an outdoor BBQ. Enjoy the abundant selection of delicious fruits you may pick from the various trees which adorn the yard, including three mango trees, Mountain Apple, Indonesian Guava, Pomelo, Orange, Avocado, Lychee, Starfruit and Longan. With all the mature Norfolk Pines lining the area for privacy, you will feel like you are in the Mountains. There is an abundance of natural light, privacy, space and seclusion. You will feel like you’ve found paradise and will never want to leave. *Working remotely: There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer if you find yourself having to work remotely. * Guest access: You have free access (passes included with stay) to the Olympic size swimming pool and kiddie pool at the Waikoloa Village community center! There is also an awesome golf course and an amazing watering hole with food and drinks. Both are walking distance away!
