You'll find a large outdoor patio and a lush grassy area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful FL temperatures. For your convenience, there's a washer and dryer and parking available at the rear of the property.

Located across the street from a canal and a quick walk to the river. There's a boat launch, newly renovated dog park (Lewis Park) and the Robinson Preserve all within a 5 minute drive.
