Enjoy meals and family time in the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well-appointed with full-size stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cooking essentials. The oversized dining table comfortably seats six, while the picture windows in the living area provide both natural light and stunning views. Enjoy the living area views, warm up to the gas fireplace, and settle in to watch a movie.
Off of the living room is the main floor master bedroom, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Past the kitchen are the half bath and laundry area.
The staircase leads to the loft that provides an additional fully furnished seating area on the second floor with a queen size sofa bed. The loft is flanked by the two guest bedrooms, one facing the river, and each with a queen bed. A full guest bath with a tub/shower combo is located upstairs.

- Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 30+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services. Mid-stay cleans include floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, & bathrooms.
