If you're looking for a sweet 1 BR home with a spacious loft, a great mountain property, awesome views and proximity to lots of activities, then look no further! You will love the comfort and warmth of this home! Minutes from Black Hawk and Central City's historic gold rush towns and casinos. Nature Lovers will have plenty of access to big mountains! Hike in nearby Golden Gate State Park, or go touch a glacier outside of Idaho Springs! Eldora Mountain Ski Area in Nederland is only 30 minutes away. You can so easily be a tourist, while looking like a Local.
The circular driveway brings you to the garage, and also the steps up to the deck, where you will enter through the front door. You will be greeted by a nicely appointed living room with a gas fireplace and two comfy couches and a chair. The home is tastefully decorated in classic mountain style. The large kitchen hosts new appliances and plenty of work space. There is a wine chiller fridge for your use, if you like. Imagine cooking up something delicious during your stay!
The Primary bedroom, with en suite bathroom is on the main level and has comfort in mind for you. The stairway up to the spacious, airy loft with clerestory windows will beckon to the other members of your group. Who will claim the queen bed first? This home away from home is so comfortable, you won't need to leave, but you should get out there and experience Colorado!
The Coyote Mountain Vista is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood with ample land surrounding it. The 2-car garage is available for your use. There are laundry facilities and a newly remodeled full bathroom with a soaking tub here, as well. (It should be noted that to get to the garage, you must go outside first.) A gas fireplace provides a rustic backdrop to your group's activities, even if that just means relaxing! Or use the home as a base for your adventures in the Colorado mountains. Hiking, biking, and skiing are all close by. There are a couple ball fields and a playground not too far away, and the Gilpin rec center is in the neighborhood and has a lap pool, a play pool, a clay studio, exercise options, you name it! The Gilpin County Fair happens here each July and includes Rodeo events.
