Your Vacation House is the perfect home for work or play in Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains! Located near the fairgrounds and Estes Park Community Center, this lovely home is nestled in a family neighborhood and just minutes from downtown Estes Park.

Step into the main floor living room and enjoy the gas fireplace while curled up on the comfy sofa. There is also a desk in the living room for any work tasks you need to take care of. The dining area with dining table for six opens into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for meal making! Step out through glass sliding doors onto the back deck from the dining area. 

On the main floor you will find two of the three bedrooms, and one of the two bathrooms. One main floor bedroom has a queen bedroom, and the other has two twin beds. The twin bedroom has access to a bright sun porch. The main floor bathroom has a shower.

Downstairs you will enter into a large bedroom area that has a queen bed, and one set of twin bunk beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer are also located in the lower level.

Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require the guest to be contacted for payment as follows:
    $123 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
    $123 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $123, OR no-cost Safety Check)
    $30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)
