Step inside to the open concept living and kitchen area located on ground level. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating with an oversized sectional sofa, with a large TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen offers seating at a large granite island, where guests can chat together while meals are being made in the well appointed kitchen. Enjoy exceptional views from both the kitchen and living area. Step out onto the upper back deck from the living area where you can use the propane grill, or just sit and relax while taking in the mountain surroundings.
On the main floor there is a powder room, and a bedroom with King sized bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. On the lower level there are two bedrooms, each with a California King sized bed. One bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other bedroom also has an attached bathroom with a walk in shower, with access from the bedroom or from the lower level family room.
The lower level offers a second living area with a recliner sectional, and a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the lower level deck which features a private hot tub for you and your guests.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
