Although not classified as "ski-in/ski-out," the property embodies its name – there's a seamless way to both ski in and out. For a more leisurely approach, it's just a 200-yard stroll to the base of the Cabriolet lift. Alternatively, summon the free community shuttle for your convenience.

Year-Round Comfort: The addition of three new mini-split air conditioning systems in the fall of 2021 ensures that comfort knows no season – a welcome relief even during the hottest months.

Ample Parking: Enjoy convenient parking for two cars (expandable to three if vehicles are compact), although given the property's proximity to Canyons Village, a car isn't a necessity. Opt for the free public transportation, regular local bus stops, or easily accessible ride-sharing services.

Recreation & Relaxation: Delight in the nearby pool complex and Red Pine Clubhouse, available from Thanksgiving to the end of ski season and then again from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The complex boasts three outdoor pools (2 Large and 1 Kiddie Pool- One Pool remains open during the winter season), hot tubs (One Indoor and One Outdoor both open for the winter season), tennis courts/pickleball courts, a volleyball court, horseshoes, and a Dry Sauna.
